The EA4x4 Jeep JK Rubicon Project
Embarking on the journey of building the EA4x4 Off-Road Jeep Rubicon. After months of planning, I’m finally diving into a ground-up professional build on our Jeep Wrangler Rubicon. The goal is clear: to create a purpose-built JEEP that balances extreme trail capability with daily reliability.

Replacing the grill, headlights and front indicators.

Number Plate relocation bracket

Spartan Grill Replacement
Original grill replaced with a Spartan aftermarket grill. The grill was custom painted. I also added a small LED bar and replaced the factory fog lights with LED ones.

AEV Bonnet upgrade
It’s time to replace the bonnet with a AEV Heat Reduction Bonnet to get rid of the heat under the bonnet.

Snorkel

The snorkel is available here : https://ea4x4.co.za/…/vehicle-brand/jeep/jk/snorkels-jk/
Bonnet Decal – RUBICON

Pillar brackets – Rock Rage

These ROCK RAGE brackets for the JEEP JK are available here : https://ea4x4.co.za/product/windshield-spotlight-brackets-for-jeep-wrangler-jk/
Spotlights
It’s time for spotlights. I added 2 windshield spotlights and 2 bumper spotlights. These budget friendly spotlights are extremely powerful.

They come with amber/yellow light covers. So I can choose between a very bright white light OR the yellow.
