ORDERING
When you click to make a purchase with us, legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions as displayed. Once payment is made towards your order, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries, please contact us before making any purchase through the EA4X4 website.
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflected in our bank account. Orders placed after 1pm will only be processed the following day. We endeavour to ensure all orders are shipped out as soon as possible!

COLLECTION
If you’ve selected pick up from EA4X4 please wait for us to confirm that your order is ready as some items are not kept on hand! When your order is ready for collection you will be notified via mail, Whatsapp or SMS.
Please note that 3rd party items are not ordered until payment is received.
SHIPPING COSTS
In the case of OUTLYING AREAS or LARGE ORDERS, we reserve the right to use any cost-effective delivery method including the South African Post Office.
If we are unable to obtain a cost-effective shipping rate to your location, we will advise you of the additional shipping costs and the following options will apply:
1.You can pay those additional shipping costs or
2.Arrange your own courier from our warehouse or
3.Cancel your order and receive a full refund
DELIVERY TIMES
The Delivery Process of your order will start as soon as your Order confirmation is sent to you. We do not guarantee that your order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.
Not all products are kept at our location and as such orders may take up to 72 Working hours to dispatch from our suppliers. If there is any further delay you will be notified via mail, Whatsapp or SMS.
The Courier Guy
Depending on your location your order will be delivered within 24 – 72 working hours after dispatch from our location
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Where possible please use a business address for delivery. Your order will only be delivered to a valid street address in South Africa, on business days between 08h00 and 16h00 and you, or the person accepting delivery on your behalf, may be requested to produce identification, when accepting the delivery of your order. The courier will not leave a package without signature.
South African Post Office
If we deliver via the South African post office or if your location is remote shipping times can vary substantially.
UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Two attempts will be made to deliver your order and should you fail, refuse or neglect to be available and accept the order after 2 attempts, you may be liable for additional delivery charges or we may elect to cancel your order, in which event we will refund you the full transaction value less delivery charges already incurred and a reasonable administration charge.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Within 48 hours of your order having been shipped, you will receive an email, Whatsapp or SMS confirmation containing your shipping details and a tracking number.
When your order is delivered, you must inspect the products and be satisfied that the products conform to the quality and quantity you ordered and are free from any defects. You are not able to return any products to us with the courier and if you wish to return the products, you must follow the returns procedure, as contained in our REFUND AND RETURN POLICY, which can be found on www.ea4x4.co.za/refund_returns/
